FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Do you sell parts for the Falcon electric wheelchair?

A1: Does the wheelchair look like one of these?

If  you are located in the USA and if the chair folds front-to-back like a clamshell and has the word "Falcon" on the side frame, it is not a chair sold by our company. We are based in Singapore, not the USA. It's just a pure naming coincidence.

If this is the case, then sorry, we can't help as we don't stock parts for chairs that we don't sell.

But if you are located in any of the countries that we operate in, such as Singapore, Australia or Malaysia, please contact our closest office as stated on our Contact Us page.

Q2: Do you sell parts for the Falcon mobility scooter?

A2: If you are from the USA, we can't help either. Our company is based in Singapore and has never sold mobility scooters to the USA. It is again a pure naming coincidence that there was a model called "Falcon" sold in the US many years ago.

But if you are located in any of the countries that we operate in, such as Singapore, Australia or Malaysia, please contact our closest office as stated on our Contact Us page.

Q3: Can your electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters be used outdoors?

A3: Our electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters generally perform well on hard, relatively level surfaces such as indoors, concrete pavements and asphalt roads. They do not do well on soft, uneven surfaces such as grass, gravel, or sand.

Q4: Are your motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters rain-proof and waterproof?

A4: Our electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not waterproof.
Never expose them to heavy rain or wash them by pouring or spraying water over them, as it could cause irreparable damage and void your warranty. Light drizzle for a short period of time is acceptable, but not for long periods.

Q5: Can your power wheelchairs and mobility scooters climb slopes?

A5: Our products are designed to climb safely at the gradient specified in their specifications. Any steeper than this is unsafe for the user, and we do not encourage it.
