Warranty for electric wheelchairs: 1 year for motor, electronics and gearbox, 6 months for batteries.
Warranty for mobility scooters: 1 year for motor, electronics and transaxle, 6 months for batteries.
Warranty for manual wheelchairs and rollators: 1 year on metal frame only.
Warranty for portable ramps: 1 year on metal ramp only.
Warranty for chargers: 1 year
Warranty for batteries: 6 months
During warranty, parts will be provided FREE of charge. However, customers will have to pay for shipping.
Customers have to provide and pay for their own labor to perform the replacement of parts and/or repairs. A local handyman can be hired, or it can be brought to a local bicycle, motorbike or wheelchair repair shop.
